Shipping & Return Policy

Due to the effects of COVID-19 we are experience large delays back ordering goods from our suppliers, normal shipments are also slightly delayed. We appreciate your understanding during these trying times.

Here at Weeb Inc. we strive for complete customer satisfaction. However, we are aware there are situations which may demand the return of a purchased item.

All orders are shipped within 1 – 3 business days of receiving payment.

Due to the nature of the collectable items we sell we can only accept returns for merchandise that has been damaged and / or otherwise determined to be defective within 15 days of the original purchase date. It is the customers responsibility to obtain postage to return said items. Once we have received and verified the item, a replacement will be shipped within three business days. In the event that the item in question is no longer available we will contact you with options for back-ordering, exchanging for an item of equivalent price, or a refund.

Items returned to us which have been opened and / or otherwise been removed from their original packaging will be subject to a 15% restocking fee should the item be found to not be damaged and / or otherwise defective.
